We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time with reasonable notice to active clients. We will not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of services, provided we give reasonable notice.

Any custom materials, automations, or systems we create specifically for you as part of a Service Agreement remain our intellectual property unless the Service Agreement explicitly provides otherwise. You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use such materials for the duration of the service engagement.
Both parties acknowledge that in the course of the service engagement, each may have access to confidential information of the other, including business strategies, client lists, financial information, and technical data. Each party agrees to keep such information confidential and not to disclose it to any third party without the other party’s prior written consent, except as required by law.
This website and its content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
While we work diligently to deliver results for our clients, we do not guarantee specific outcomes such as a particular number of leads, bookings, or revenue increases. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within 30 days, it shall be submitted to binding arbitration in Ontario in accordance with the Arbitration Act, 1991 (Ontario), except that either party may seek injunctive or other equitable relief in a court of competent jurisdiction.
These Terms, together with any applicable Service Agreement or SOW and our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and HVAC Lead Rescue with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersede all prior and contemporaneous agreements, representations, and understandings.
